Return & Replacement Policy

Return & Replacement Policy

At Sure IN Nature, we value your trust and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Terms

  • All products listed on Sure IN Nature are manufactured and stocked by us, and shipped directly to your customers.
  • Orders placed are final and non-cancellable once processed.
  • Returns are not accepted, except in cases of damage, defect, or wrong product delivery.

2. Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during shipping.
  • Product is defective or non-functional.
  • Wrong product delivered compared to order.

To process a replacement, it is mandatory to provide a clear unboxing video from the beginning of opening the package.

3. Time Frame for Complaints

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Complaints received after this period will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Replacement / Refund Process

  • After verifying the claim, a replacement unit will be shipped free of cost.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will provide a credit note equal to the product invoice value.
  • Refunds will be processed in your Sure IN Nature wallet for future use.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Returns due to "customer changed mind" or "product not liked".
  • Complaints without unboxing video proof.
  • Complaints made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Normal product wear & tear or misuse.

6. Marketplace Sales (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

  • Marketplaces have their own 7–10 day return policies which sellers must follow.
  • Sure IN Nature's 48-hour replacement policy applies only to direct website orders.
  • For marketplace returns without defect/damage reason (e.g., "no longer needed"), the loss will be borne by the seller.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sure IN Nature's responsibility is limited to providing replacement/refund only in eligible cases. We are not responsible for indirect losses, customer dissatisfaction, or marketplace-driven return policies.
